PICK: JOSH TAYLOR VS. JACK CATTERALL 2

On Saturday, May 25, at the First Direct Arena in Leeds, England, and live on DAZN, former Jr. Welterweight world champion Josh Taylor will take on bitter rival Jack Catterall.

Taylor (19-1, 13KOs) has had somewhat mixed results in his last few encounters, struggling with the aforementioned Catterall in their initial encounter back in early 2022 before losing for the first time as a pro at the hands of Teofimo Lopez back in June of last year. His most recent quality win caem over Jose Ramirez in a unification bout in May of 2021.

Catterall (28-1, 13KOs) hasn't fought nearly at the level of Taylor, but has only ever lost in their original controversial bout in February of 2022. Since the defeat, Catteral picked up two victories in 2023, including a decision win over former Lightweight world champion Jorge Linares in October.
