PICK: JUAN FRANCISCO ESTRADA VS. JESSE RODRIGUEZ

On Saturday, June 29, at the Footprint Center in Phoenix, Arizona, and live on DAZN, Ring world Jr. Bantamweight titist and WBC Jr. Bantamweight titlist Juan Francisco Estrada will defend his gold against former titlist Jesse "Bam" Rodriguez.

Estrada (44-3, 28KOs) has been largely inactive in recent times, as he will be stepping into the ring with Rodriguez for the first time in a year and a half. In his most recent outing, Estrada earned a close majority decision win over Roman Gonzalez in December of 2022.

Rodriguez (19-0, 12KOs) has been quite active as of late in comparison, having fought twice last year. Most recently, Rodriguez unified 112 pounds with a victory over the previously-undefeated Sunny Edwards back in December of last year.
