PICK: RYAN GARCIA VS. OSCAR DUARTE

On Saturday atthe Toyota Center in Houston, Texas, and live on DAZN, former Lightweight contender Ryan Garcia will make his official debut at 140 pounds, taking on once-beaten (fellow Lightweight) Oscar Duarte.

Garcia (23-1, 19KOs), last competed in April, losing for the first time as a pro when he was stopped by Gervonta Davis. His most recent win was a stoppage over former world titlist Javier Fortuna back in July of 2022.

Duarte (26-1-1, 21KOs) last competed in May, stopping D'Angelo Keyes in seven frames. Since his loss to Adrian Estrella in early 2019, Duarte has picked up 11 straight victories, all by way of knockout.
