PREDICTION: JAI OPETAIA VS. JORDAN THOMPSON

On Saturday, September 30, at Wembley Arena in London, England, and live on DAZN, Cruiserweight world champion Jai Opetaia will take on undefeated contender Jordan Thompson.

The unbeaten Opetaia has been inactive for more than a year, dealing with an injury and promotional issues. The injury was sustained in his title-winning performance against Mairis Briedis back in July of last year, with Opetaia improving to 22-0 with 17KOs with the victory.

Thompson, 15-0 with 12KOs, will be taking a huge step up when squaring off against the world champion. Most recently, Thompson faced Luke Watkins, whom the former dispatched of within six frames back in April.
