PREDICTION: JARON ENNIS VS. ROIMAN VILLA

On Saturday, July8 at the Borgata Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey, and live on Showtime, undefeated Welterweight Jaron Ennis will take on hard-hitting Roiman Villa.

Ennis, undefeated in 30 professional fights, has stopped all but three of his opponents. Most recently, Ennis was taken the distance by Karen Chukhadzhian, stopping a 19 fight stoppage streak (excluding a no contest with Chris Van Heerden in 2020).

Villa, 26-1 with 24 stoppages, last fought in January, picking up the upset win over the previously-unbeaten Rashidi Ellis. Villa's only loss was a split decision verdict that went in the favor of Marcos Villasana, which happened way back in 2019.
