PREDICTION: SHAVKAT RAKHIMOV VS. JOE CORDINA

On Saturday at the Cardiff International Arena in Cardiff, Wales, and live on DAZN, Jr. Lightweight titlist Hsavkat Rakhimov will defend his gold against former titlist Joe Cordina.

In his last outing, Rakhimov captured the belt (made Vacant when Cordina suffered an injury and was unable to defend the belt in due time) by stopping Zelfa Barrett back in November of last year. With the win, Rakhimov improved to 17-0-1 with 14 stoppages.

Cordina, 15-0 with 9KOs, last competed in a title-winning performance against Kenichi Ogawa, stopping the then-champion with a single shot in the second round back June of last year.
