RESULTS: DILLIAN WHYTE SURVIVES JERMAINE FRANKLIN; JOHN RYDER UPSETS ZACH PARKER

On Saturday in London, at the OVO Arena Wembley, and live on DAZN, Heavyweight contender Dillian Whyte earned a somewhat-controversial decision over previously-unbeaten Jermaine Franklin. Both fighters had their moments, but the stronger finish of Whyte may have salvaged a majority decision win for the Londoner.

In an upset, Super Middleweight veteran John Ryder earned a rather unusual stoppage win over previously-undefeated Zach Parker. The fight was even after four up and down rounds, but Parker and his team elected to pull out of the contest after the fourth, after presumably injury his hand.
